 Deborah Gibson's "Camp Electric Youth" Reality Show Now CastingCamp Electric Youth is a performing arts summer day camp geared towards serious young performers ages 7 - 17. There will be 2 sessions consisting of 2 weeks each. The first session will be with an emphasis on theater acting, musical theater singing and dancing, songwriting, and touch on many other aspects of the arts including on camera audition technique, how to care for and maintain your physical and emotional well being and much more. The second session will be geared more toward television and film acting, commercials, and still touch on singing, dancing, and many other aspects of the industry. IF students wish, they can attend both sessions as the curriculum will vary from session one to session two and present different challenges and learning opportunities. There will be a final showcase at the end of each session where our young performers will have the opportunity to perform in front of major casting directors, agents, managers, producers, and other industry professionals. Also, there will be special classes for parents to attend in order to broaden their knowledge of the business as well as how to learn to emotionally protect a young performer (offered during both sessions).
